So I know I talked about RESOLVE yesterday . . .

. . . But I’m about to throw you a dichotomy (whoa, that’s a Furman word!) . . .

Another thing I’m learning about leadership is being TEACHABLE.

You can never be too stuck on your way of doing things because more than likely someone is doing it better than you somewhere else.

Find that person and glean from them, learn from them, marinate on their teaching, and soak it all in!!
